FIBRE DYEING
This is the most ecological way to dye the fibre ,so if you wish to use vegetable dyes, this is the way to go. We have mills that can offer this service.

SPINNING
Ask the spinning mill to process Agrocel fibre separately, and get all the machines cleaned in order to avoid contamination with other fibre.
Do not use artificial oils that could be in contact with the fibre, good mills will have a humidity control system that avoids the use of lubricants

MIXING AGROCEL WITH OTHER FIBRES.
Agrocel can be mixed with natural or man made fibre like any cotton fibres .

YARN DYEING
Yarn made of Agrocel fibre can be dyed like any other cotton yarn, but we recommend that you use vegetable dyes, or if not available, AZO free dyes.

KNITTING OR WEAVING
Do not use any artificial lubricant, but once again, having good humidity in the processing room is the solution.

BLEACHING
Because with Agrocel you know the origin of the fibre , it is not always required to bleach the fabric before dying. A good boiling wash will remove the cotton wax, and your fibre will keep it's original characteristics.
